South Side Pride Rules and Regulations 2026

All vendors must pay in advance for participation in South Side Pride (SSP). Vendor fees are due by May 31, 2026.

Applying does not ensure acceptance. Vendors will be notified if accepted or denied.

Payments will be sent online via Square from the South End Market Group. This is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be given.

Vendors must carry a standard million dollar policy listing

Electricity and refridgeration are not provided at the market.

Vendors are to bring their own tents, tables and chairs. Tent weights are required.

Vendors are to be at market by 11:00 am. Parsons Avenue will be closed from 10:00-7:00. Vendors are required to stay until 5:00 pm.

Vendors are to collect any garbage produced by their booth. Garbage cans will be posted all throughout the closed off area and will be emptied by volunteers.

Alcohol is not permitted outside of Parsons North Brewing Company.
