By joining the waitlist for the 2026 Gulf Coast Early Childhood Summer Symposium, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Waitlist Status: Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee registration or attendance. Openings are offered as space becomes available.

Notification Process: If a spot becomes available, individuals will be contacted via the email provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate and to monitor your email, including spam/junk folders.

Response & Payment Window: Once notified of an available spot, you will have 24 hours to respond and complete full payment of the registration fee. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in removal from the waitlist and the opportunity being offered to the next individual.

First-Come, First-Served: Openings will be offered in the order individuals joined the waitlist.

Non-Transferable: Waitlist positions and registration offers are non-transferable. Your space on the Waiting List can not be transferred to anyone else.

Removal from Waitlist: You may be removed from the waitlist if you decline an offered spot, fail to respond within the allotted time, or request removal.

Registration Policies Apply: Once registered, all standard conference registration policies, including cancellation and refund policies, will apply.

Event Changes: The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, speakers, or location as necessary.

Credit card transactions are processed through the account of AALECE (Alabama Association for Early Care and Education) charter member, Green Fields Child Care. The transaction charges will appear on your statement as Green Fields Child Care. By submitting your payment, you agree to pay an additional administrative fee of $100 for any disputes or reversed transactions. Please make all financial officers related to the credit / debit card account aware of the registration transaction and appropriate payee.
