    • All fees paid to Golden Elite STUNT are non-refundable once processed, including monthly tuition once charged on the 1st of the month, the $300 registration fee, ordered apparel and uniform items, tournament and game registration fees, and USA Cheer STUNT membership fees, except where a refund is required by California law.
    • Families wishing to withdraw must submit written notice to the program director.
    • Written notice of withdrawal does not create a right to a refund for amounts already paid or already committed on the family's behalf.
    • A 30-day written withdrawal notice is required to end participation. Tuition continues through the applicable notice period, and at minimum through the month in which written notice is received, unless the notice is received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle and the program confirms the effective stop date in writing.

    • There are no exceptions to the no-refund policy for injury, scheduling conflicts, relocation, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

    • If tuition or fees become delinquent, the account may be suspended and the athlete may be declared ineligible to practice or compete until the account is brought current.
    • Golden Elite STUNT may deny ongoing participation while a balance remains unpaid.
    • Past-due balances may be referred for collection, and the account holder agrees to pay reasonable collection costs actually incurred to the extent permitted by California law.
    • Parent/Guardian agrees not to initiate a chargeback for properly disclosed tuition, fees, or season commitments that were authorized under this Agreement.
    • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Golden Elite STUNT may suspend participation, contest the dispute, recover improperly reversed funds, and seek reimbursement of administrative and bank fees to the extent permitted by law.
  • 13. Assumption of Risk and Release

  • The parent/guardian understands that STUNT training and competition involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, contact with other participants, failed stunts, tumbling impacts, overuse injuries, sprains, fractures, concussions, catastrophic injury, and death. Parent/Guardian voluntarily permits the athlete to participate and knowingly assumes all ordinary risks inherent in the activity. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Parent/Guardian, for themselves and on behalf of the athlete, releases and holds harmless GEA Enterprises Inc., Golden Elite STUNT, its owners, directors, coaches, staff, volunteers, contractors, facility providers, and affiliated event operators from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising out of ordinary negligence connected to participation, except for claims caused by gross negligence, reckless conduct, or willful misconduct, or where release is otherwise prohibited by law.
  • 14. Emergency Medical Authorization

  • If Parent/Guardian cannot be reached in an emergency, Parent/Guardian authorizes Golden Elite STUNT staff to obtain reasonable emergency medical care for the athlete. Parent/Guardian accepts financial responsibility for medical treatment, transportation, and related expenses not covered by insurance.
  • 15. Photo, Video, and Publicity Consent

  • Unless Parent/Guardian opts out in writing before participation begins, Parent/Guardian grants Golden Elite STUNT permission to photograph and record the athlete during practices, games, tournaments, camps, and related activities, and to use the athlete's name, image, voice, and likeness for lawful program, promotional, recruiting, educational, and social media purposes without compensation. This consent does not permit commercial endorsement unrelated to the program.
  • 16. Governing Law, Venue, and Severability

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California unless the parties agree in writing to another lawful dispute-resolution process. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
