PC4A Transfer Scholarship Application
One of the three main objectives of the DoW-funded PC4A Project is to increase transfer rates to four-year institutions. To help us reach this objective, we're offering scholarships to all PC4A partner students/alumni who transfer into the Computer Science - Cybersecurity Track at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Scholarship Benefits
- Full in-state tuition provided for one semester (12-18 credits) up to $4,000.
- Students who complete their first semester at IUP with a GPA of 3.0 and above may be eligible for additional scholarships, depending on funding.
- Opportunities to join research projects with Computer Science faculty.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a current student or graduate from a PC4A Partner School:
  - Butler County Community College
  - Montgomery County Community College
  - Penn Highlands Community College
  - Westmoreland County Community College
- If the applicant is a graduate, they must have graduated within the last 5 years, or have graduated within the last 10 years and worked in a computer science related field after graduation.
- Must enroll in IUP's Computer Science - Cybersecurity track bachelor's degree program.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Application Deadlines

Applications for Fall 2026 enrollment are due no later than May 21, 2026. All applicants will be notified within three weeks of the application deadline.
