Why do you want to be selected as a Model Call?

I understand that if selected, I am expected to follow all creative direction provided, meet all deadlines, and submit the required content in full.

I understand that if I receive complimentary products in exchange for content creation, I am contractually agreeing to fulfill the content requirements within the specified timeframe.

I acknowledge that failure to submit the required content (minimum of 1 video and 5 unedited, postable photos) by the agreed deadline will result in an invoice for the full retail value of all products provided.

I agree that all submitted content must be original, unedited, and meet the quality standards outlined. Failure to meet these standards may be considered incomplete fulfillment.
