Thank you for your interest in applying to participate as a community partner at the 2026 We CARE Vet Fair™: Metro Atlanta event to be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Cobb County Civic Center. We CARE Vet Fair™ events last for a FULL DAY and all partners are expected to be on-site for the entire duration of the event day (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

I acknowledge and understand that community partners are expected to complete load-in and setup of their booth on October 22nd and will be expected to be on-site for the FULL DURATION of the October 22nd event (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM), with no exceptions. Creating shifts within your organization to ensure coverage (for example: 1st team, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2nd team: 1:45 AM - 4:00 PM) is allowed and encouraged.
