Large Cookie Order Request (12 Cookie Minimum)

Please allow at least 1 week's notice for all orders. While we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.
This form is only for custom orders of 1 dozen cookies or more. For smaller orders, please visit our ordering platform, Hotplate, or follow us on Instagram for upcoming cookie drops, availability, and announcements.

We offer NY style cookies in jumbo 5 oz cookie size and standard 3 oz cookie size. Pricing is based on cookie flavor, size, fillings, and toppings.

This form is an order inquiry and not a final order form. After submitting your request, we’ll review your order details and availability for your requested date. Once your order is approved, you’ll receive an email with a 50% deposit payment link to reserve your spot on our calendar. Please note that your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to make changes or request a new date, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but changes are subject to availability.

The remaining balance will be invoiced a few days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date and must be paid no later than 1 day prior to that date. To ensure your order is ready on time, please note that orders with unpaid balances cannot be completed.
