    Page 1 asks for your basic information - name, email, address etc.

     

    Page 2 asks for details of any relevent recent employment or volunteering experience (this is not essential to have), your interest in volunteering and your access requierments (if you wish to share them).     

     

    Page 3 asks you about any unspent criminal convictions and to agree to the Vounteering Code of Conduct and our Privacy Policy.
