PAY & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Pay is $6.50 per completed delivery stop (not hourly).

Deliveries must be completed correctly and confirmed through the delivery app to be eligible for payment.

A delivery is considered “completed” only when it is:

Delivered to the correct address
Successfully completed
Properly confirmed through the delivery app

Deliveries may not be paid if:

Delivered to the wrong address
Not completed or not confirmed
Returned due to driver error
Missing required delivery confirmation

Drivers are responsible for all expenses, including gas, vehicle maintenance, and any tools needed for delivery.

You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses and are not eligible for employee benefits.

Drivers are expected to complete deliveries accurately, on time, and handle all arrangements with care.
All deliveries must be updated and confirmed using the delivery app.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

You must maintain a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
Your personal insurance is primary in the event of an accident.
Arizona Family Flowers is not responsible for vehicle damage or personal expenses.
