    ✨ Please review before submitting your application.
    Nocturn Market is a curated monthly night market focused on creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for both vendors and guests. By applying, vendors acknowledge the following expectations.


    -Canopy Requirements: Straight leg canopies ONLY. If using a canopy, vendors are strongly encouraged to use:
    White
    Black
    Neutral-toned canopy tops
    Bright colors or distracting branded tents are discouraged.
    (This is the long-term aesthetic standard we are building toward.)
    Canopies are required to have 30 pounds of weight per leg for a total of 120 pounds to protect from wind.
    -Set Up and Break Down: The market time is 5PM-10PM. The setup will begin at 3PM. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 5PM. Check-in cut-off time is 4:15PM to ensure set up is complete prior to market opening. Please contact the market coordinator if you are running late. Break down cannot begin until 10PM unless there is an emergency. Please speak to the market coordinator if you need to break down early. Vendors must leave their spaces clean and remove all trash from their area.
    -Approvals and Payments: Once approved, an email will be sent with an invoice for payment for your desired space and dates. Multi-date discounts will be reflected on your invoice. Payment must be made within 72 hours of approval, otherwise your acceptance will be rescinded and given to a vendor on the waitlist.
    -Cancellation policy: Vendor payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may receive:
    -credit toward future market OR
    -refund minus processing fee
    No-shows forfeit payment.
    -Approved Products Only: All products must be approved in advance. Allowed categories may include:
    Handmade goods
    Boutique apparel
    Candles / home fragrance
    Handmade Jewelry
    Art / prints
    Plants / specialty goods
    Food vendors
    🚫 Resale, counterfeit, prohibited, or inappropriate items are not permitted. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
    Alcohol
    Tobacco Products
    Illegal substances
    Items with Vulgar Wording or Images
    -Curated Acceptance Process: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on:
    Product quality
    Category balance
    Presentation
    Overall market variety
    -Booth Space: Standard vendor spaces are:
    -Approx. 10x10
    -Approx. 10x20
    Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint.
    Do not extend displays into walkways.
    -Clean, Professional Setup: Vendors are expected to maintain:
    -Clean displays
    -Organized tables
    -Neat presentation
    -Respectful signage
    -Lighting: Lighting is required. Because this is a night market:
    Warm lighting is strongly encouraged.
    Recommended:
    Battery-operated warm white string lights
    Accent lighting
    Avoid:
    Harsh blue/cool white lighting
    (Lighting will not be one of the items we will run power to your tent for. Please make sure you have battery-operated string lights or accent lighting on tables and back-up batteries just in case.)
    -Electricity: Vendors should assume they are self-sufficient unless approved for power access. If power is offered:
    Must be requested in advance and may not be approved
    An additional fee will apply
    🚫 High-wattage appliances are not permitted without approval.
    -Food Vendors: Food vendors must have all required permits, licenses, and health approvals required by local/county authorities.
    Food vendors will be asked to provide documentation before approval.
    -Conduct: Professional behavior is required. Vendors must treat guests, staff, and fellow vendors respectfully. No aggressive selling, disruptive conduct, or unsafe behavior. No photography of other vendor spaces is allowed unless given permission from that vendor.
    Please contact the market coordinator if a guest, staff member or fellow vendor is violating these standards so that it can be addressed immediately. On-site security will be there for safety and can step in for emergency situations.
