Evermore Bridal Expo was founded in August of 2025 by Britt. Her first event of the year under this branding (April 25) brought in an astonishing 72 vendors, and 100 pre-registered brides. With strong vendor demand and growing bride registrations, we’re thrilled with the momentum already building. So while planning the spring show, Britt developed a vision of a touring show, and here we are!
This application form is for wedding vendors interested in participating in our upcoming wedding vendor expo. Please fill out all fields accurately so we can process your application efficiently.
Vendor categories will be capped to eliminate over dilution of vendors in the same category.
INSURANCE - ALL vendors must obtain and provide proof of insurance for this event, listing Belcroft Estate & Event Centre as additional insured.
MOBILE BARS - Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted at this event. All bar and beverage services must comply and serve nonalcoholic drinks or mocktails.
FOOD VENDORS - All food and beverage vendors are required to submit the special events form by public health to be apart of this show. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your booth.
DATA COLLECTION & DISTRIBUTION - Collection of bride & couple data including contact information may be done so at your own booth, with consent of the person(s) inquiring. In addition, we will have a pre-registration form for brides & couples where they will have the option to be contact by vendors in selected categories.
EARLY BIRD prices are reflected in this application and will be subject to change after July 1.
Standard booths are 8x6 and will be placed randomly within the event, away from like vendors.
VIP booths are 8x6 and are placed in high traffic areas- these vendors have first pick where they are located. These vendors also have more social media presence and are advertised more on our instagram and our website that is launching very soon!
