There is no registration fee for helpers.

Child Registration Discount

There will be a 50% discount for children of parents who serve a minimum of two full days OR four half days.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following thoroughly. Registration is only accepted with agreement to all terms and conditions.
Police Vetting: I have no criminal record in my history and consent to a possible police vetting check. As this programme involves working with and contacting children, I understand a clear history and consent for vetting is necessary to run the programme.
Photographs: As part of this programme, my picture may be taken. I understand that these photographs would be for personal use, a participation certificate, marketing, and/or digital presentation.
Sickness: If I as a helper am sick with any symptom of stomach ache, nausea, congested nose, cough, sore throat, fever, diarrhea, vomiting or any other symptom that is of a contagious and/or serious nature, I agree that my child and/or I should not attend the programme. Programme staff reserve the right to send children and helpers home if they are found to have such symptoms on arrival, out of caution and safety of others. Thank you for your understanding.
Privacy: Information provided in this registration form may be retained and used for statistical and planning purposes by programme staff. All effort is made to maintain your privacy. Any personal information provided is only accessed by programme staff and may be used for correspondence regarding future programmes and/or events. Programme staff reserve the right to share information with the appropriate authorities if there is any serious concern regarding the well-being and safety of any child in the programme.
Expectations of Helpers: I will maintain proper respectful contact with the children and other helpers in terms of my language, physical conduct, and having a spirit to serve according to the Lord together. I agree to help when asked, including preparation before start of programme.
Training: I will undertake all required induction and training before the holiday programme.
Use of Devices: I will put my device away or leave it at home during the entire programme.
Helpers Sign: (Parents, do not sign for your children. They must read and consent themselves.)
