Client Signature / Agreement* This field is required.A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the requested event date and time. A minimum deposit of $50 must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due immediately upon the DJ’s arrival at the event location. No exceptions will be made. The DJ reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the environment is deemed unsafe, including but not limited to situations involving violence, threats, altercations, or any other hazardous conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions that may pose a risk to the DJ’s safety or equipment, the DJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. This determination will be made at the DJ’s sole discretion, and no refunds will be issued. For events held at Airbnb or similar rental properties, full payment is required no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. SupaStar DJs & SupaStar Content are not responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or issues caused by the property owner, host, or platform. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. By booking services, the client acknowledges and agrees that all events may be audio and video recorded by SupaStar DJs & SupaStar Content for promotional use, including but not limited to social media and marketing platforms.
