Registration fee includes the following indicated in the program:
- welcome cocktail on Sept 17
- coffee breaks
- lunch box on Sept 18
- scientific sessions, including practical worskhops on Friday and Saturday morning
Social Dinner on Friday September 18 is not included in the fee and can be purchased separately
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full reimbursement for cancellations received up to July 15. From July 15 to August 30, reimbursement will be 50%. After August 30, no reimbursement. Replacement is ok, please inform the Secretariat by email: eventi@pragmacongressi.it
INVOICE
Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.)
