Please read the following policy carefully before completing your registration. By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Strictly Non-Refundable All registration fees for the Bicol Barber Summit are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, personal emergencies, illness, or change of mind.

2. Strictly Non-Transferable Registrations are issued specifically to the name of the attendee provided at the time of purchase. Tickets and registration slots cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another individual. A valid ID matching the registered name may be required upon check-in at the event on June 2, 2026.
