• Trial Lesson Offer
We offer one trial lesson for all new students. If you choose to continue with ongoing lessons, the trial lesson fee will be included as your first lesson (effectively making it free).
• Tuition Structure
Tuition is provided in 10-week term blocks, and lessons are automatically renewed each term to secure your allocated lesson time.
• Fees & Payments
Lesson fees are charged per school term in advance and are payable prior to the commencement of each term. Payment secures your lesson time slot for the full term.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for credit. Lessons cancelled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability. One makeup lesson per term, per student, may be offered where possible.
• Missed Lessons
Lessons missed without prior notice or cancellation will be charged at the full lesson rate. If a lesson is missed due to teacher unavailability, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
• Attendance & Scheduling
Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistent progress. Lesson times are reserved exclusively for each student and automatically continue each term unless written notice is provided.
• Termination of Tuition
Should you wish to discontinue lessons, written notice of 2–4 weeks is required.
• Examinations & Competitions
Participation in examinations, performances, and competitions will be by mutual consent between the student, teacher, and parent/guardian where applicable.
