TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Students, Parents and Guardians must conform to the policies, rules and regulations of the center.
2) Students or guardians are responsible for their own medical conditions. It is advisable to check with your doctors before taking any classes.
3) Do not leave your personal belongings / valuables unattended.
4) Classes might be rescheduled on special cases such as teacher’s training, performances, calamities, emergencies, etc.
5) Studio is exclusive for students. Parents, Guardians and/or Friends, are not allowed inside the studio.
6) Students must complete all classes within the duration of the package respectively otherwise remaining sessions will be forfeited.
7) Students must start classes within 30 days upon enrollment otherwise enrollment will be forfeited.
8) Students are expected to respect teachers and other students. Any consistent misbehavior will result to package/program termination without any refund.
9) Schedules, classes and packages are subject to changes without prior notice. 10) Classes on Holidays need to be confirmed.
11) Payment is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
SOCIAL MEDIA: Our Teachers and staff may take photos of the students while in class which will be use to post in our Social Media Accounts (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc.) . If there are any concerns, you may approach our Administration.
WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
1. I release Jollijam Arts Center / Jollijam Inc., its partners, staff and teachers and representative from any liabilities such as claims, action, damages, cost or expenses of any kind, health conditions of any kind, be it past, present or future.
2. In return for the Jollijam Arts Center / Jollijam Inc. allowing me to voluntarily participate in any related activities, I agree:
a. To assume and accept all risk arising out of my participation in the class, even though such risks may have been caused by the negligence of Jollijam Inc., partners, staffs and teachers;
b. To be solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage which I might sustain while participating in class and in center premisses. I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers, and hazards associated with my participation;
c. To hold harmless and indemnify Jollijam Arts Center / Jollijam Inc., its partners, staff and teachers and representative:
i. From any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of, or personal injury to, any third party resulting from my child’s participation in the classes and all related activities; and
ii. From any and all claims, demands, actions and costs which may arise out of their participation in the class.
