    Giveaway Rules & Terms

    Quick version:

    • Open to U.S. fundraiser groups only.
    • One entry per fundraiser group.
    • One winner is randomly selected each month.
    • Your fundraiser must have at least 5 sales when the winner is selected.
    • The $100 prize is sent by mailed cheque.
    • Winners are contacted by the email provided.
    • Submitted photos and comments may be used by JustFundraising for promotional purposes.

    Eligibility

    The giveaway is open to fundraiser groups located in the United States only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

    To be eligible, your fundraiser must be active or completed through JustFundraising and must have at least five (5) sales at the time winners are selected. Only one entry is permitted per fundraiser group.

    Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise violate these terms may be removed or disqualified at the sole discretion of JustFundraising.

    Winner Selection & Prize

    One winner will be randomly selected at the beginning of each month from eligible entries received during the previous month.

    The selected winner will receive a $100 prize issued by mailed cheque. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided during signup or submission.

    If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected. This giveaway is ongoing monthly unless modified, suspended, or canceled by JustFundraising. Void where prohibited by law.

    Photo & Content Release

    By submitting photos, written comments, testimonials, group names, usernames, or other content, you grant JustFundraising permission to use, reproduce, publish, edit, and share submitted materials for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.

    This may include websites, social media, email campaigns, printed marketing materials, digital advertisements, and other promotional content created by JustFundraising.

    You confirm that you have permission to submit all photos and content provided, including permission from individuals shown in submitted photos, or from a parent/guardian where required.

    No additional compensation will be provided for the use of submitted materials beyond participation in the giveaway itself.

    General

    JustFundraising reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or disqualify entries from the giveaway at any time and for any reason.
