Please note that these fees do not include the $150 Board of Health Licensing fee, cost of Liability insurance, and other associated costs of being a vendor.

3.5% add if pay with credit card, PayPal and Venmo

Permits & Requirements
Food vendors must provide:
- Valid ServSafe or equivalent certification
- Temporary Food Permit (if required by city)
- Proof of liability insurance (if available)
- Food Allergens certification
- Food License

By signing below, I agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and setup instructions provided by Nathika Events. I understand that all fees are non-refundable once confirmed, and that a $150 charge applies for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
