  • I hereby certify that all information/documentation provided to Repair Affair for my consideration as a recipient of Repair Affair homeowner repairs is true and correct. I also understand that providing false information will result in my disqualification from the program. The organizers of the Repair Affair event may use photographs of my property or myself for promotional purposes (e.g., print advertisement, social media, etc.) pertaining to the Repair Affair event or future events. This application may be shared with our partners, or other volunteer programs for future project consideration. Furthermore, I understand that the Repair Affair is a volunteer program, while sponsored by the City of Paris and other local agencies, it is an independently operated event Any work performed by people connected to the Repair Affair is done with the bestintent to be of service to the community and to the best of their ability. I therefore hereby agree to release and hold harmless the City of Paris, its officials, officers, employees, and agents, as well as the volunteers and sponsors of the program, for any damages to my property, any personal injuries occasioned by the work done, and/or any unsatisfactory work performed whether such claims are brought to me or any other person claiming under me.

  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Must Own and Reside in the Home
    Must NOT exceed HUD 80% Income Limits
    Provide Proof of All Household Income
    Provide Proof of Identity
  • Minimum/Maximum GROSS incomes needed to qualify (based on a percentage of HUD guidelines) are as follows:
  • Family of 1 - $21,200.00 to $38,000.00
    Family of 2 - $24,200.00 to $43,250.00
    Family of 3 - $27,240.00 to $48,500.00
    Family of 4 - $30,240.00 to $53,750.00
    Family of 5 - $32,680.00 to $59,000.00
  • Assistance for Elderly or Disabled Homeowners
    Through volunteers who work on exterior maintenance of homes or projects for the upkeep of public spaces
    May include grass cutting, planting, debris or brush removal, trimming and hedging, house or fence painting
