Mom 2 Mom Sale Rules
Vendor Guidelines

Each vendor must register in advance and pay the table fee.
Tables/spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (or by organizer).
Vendors must bring their own change.
Setup must be completed before doors open. No early breakdowns.

Items for Sale

Gently used children’s clothing, toys, books, baby gear, and maternity items are encouraged.
All items must be clean, safe, and in good working condition.
No recalled items, expired products, or unsafe equipment (e.g., drop-side cribs, car seats).
No food sales unless pre-approved.

Pricing & Sales

Sellers set their own prices and handle their own transactions.
Cash is recommended; digital payments are optional at seller discretion.
Be prepared with small bills and coins for change.

Shopping Rules

No strollers allowed during peak shopping times (if space is tight).
Children must be supervised at all times.
Be respectful of vendors and other shoppers.

Event Conduct

No saving spots or sharing tables unless approved.
Keep your area clean and remove all unsold items and trash at the end.
Blake's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Safety & Courtesy

Follow all building rules and emergency procedures.
Be kind and respectful, this is a community event!

Applicant hereby releases and forever discharges Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill, and all participating and sponsoring organizations from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the show. Blake's Orchard reserves the right to make final interpretation of the rules. An application is commitment to the show. As stated in the rules and regulations I understand the refund policy. I confirm that the works entered, exhibited and sold are created by myself unless stated clearly above. I have read, understood and agree to abide by all Blake Farms rules and regulations, and certify the accuracy of the foregoing statements. It is understood and agreed that Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill does not carry insurance to cover personal property of exhibitors, and that it is my sole responsibility to attain proper insurance for my own goods and property present at the event.
