  • CILIP Unconference 2026 will be held at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel in the centre of York from Friday 16/10 to Sunday 18/10 with the option of staying an extra night on the Sunday. 

    We are excited to offer CILIP members and supporters the chance to explore a new region, connect with local professionals, and engage with York’s creative community.

    Register now for the limited number of early bird discount places. Early bird registration ends Tuesday, 30th June.

    Pay a deposit of £200 per person to secure a full delegate place at the early bird rate. (The balance would be due by Friday, 4th September.)

    Includes all speakers, workshops, networking, visits and two nights accommodation, dinner, bed and breakfast with light lunch and refreshments on the Sunday. 

  • £200 discount off total price when two people are sharing a room: option of either twin beds or a double.

  • The hotel will offer a £130 bed and breakfast rate for an extra night for people booking direct. A special rate for a “pay your own” dinner on the Sunday evening to be arranged.
