• 2026 Swine & Stein Craft Vendor Application

    Please complete this form to apply for a an opportunity to participate as a Craft Vendor at the 2026 Swine & Stein Brewfest. Forms must be completely filled out and submitted for acceptance by 9/15/26. Notice of acceptance or denial will be sent via email within a few days of submission.

  • Please note that Gardiner Main Street reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason suitable to the event.


    ● Each vendor is responsible for their own trash and will be charged if they leave it behind

    ● Vendor fee must be paid within 10 days of acceptance in order to participate.

    ● Water Street will be closed to vehicular traffic on the day of the event. You will need to set up by 10:45 am and will not be able to return with a vehicle until the conclusion of the event

    ● Vendor fee does not include admission in to Swine & Stein Oktoberfest for craft beverage sampling.

    ● Each vendor is responsible for their own equipment including a 10x10 canopy with leg weights, tables and chairs, displays etc. Removal of trash will also be the responsibility of each vendor and they will be charged if they leave it behind.
