Sunstone Apartments is an affordable housing community. Affordable housing provides financial stability by offering high-quality homes at rents lower than market-rate apartments. Unlike subsidized housing, rents are not income-based or adjusted. Instead, rents for each unit type are set at a fixed rate based on local income guidelines.  

Households comprised entirely of full time students are not eligible for the affordable housing program unless the household meets one of five student exceptions, please contact management for more details.

Income Requirements: To qualify for affordable housing at Sunstone Apartments, your total household income must be at or below 30% or 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Benton County.​
