Hover requires a direct channel of communication to share feedback from our customers. Please provide one direct user email, and one service or group email account (in the event there is a departure of our specific POC's email, we want to make sure we can still get in touch).
Demo account credentials

Hover requires access to an instance of your software program for testing, troubleshooting, and demoing the integration when applicable. Please provide us with the appropriate way to obtain credentials for a production level account (and sandbox account if applicable).
Release, Launch, and Ongoing Partnership
In this stage Hover will work with your team to align on a go live date. In advance we test, align on marketing, and use the videos provided to create public Help Center docs and internal trainings. After launch we will be in frequent communication with ad hoc meetings. Ongoing, we ask for regular partnership meetings to share mutual feedback and updates.

The date you anticipate you would like to make your integration public to users. This date should be at minimum of 14 business days after you expect all functionality for your integration to be built. The Hover team will work with you to align on and confirm a specific date.
Your team agrees to provide details test cases/steps and all necessary test account access to Hover for end-to-end testing at least 14 business days before desired launch.
