- Multiple Orders
  If you need to place multiple orders, please close your browser and wait a few minutes before submitting another order. Our credit card processor may block consecutive duplicate transactions as a security measure. We apologize for any inconvenience
- Refund Policy
  A $25 cancellation fee per registrant applies to all refund requests received on or before November 6, 2026. No refunds will be issued on or after November 7, 2026.
- Employees of Manufacturing Companies
  - This form may not be used to register employees of manufacturing companies.
  - Manufacturing employees must register as either:
    
    Exhibiting company booth staff, or
    
    Non-exhibiting manufacturers at groundwaterweek.com/nonexhibiting-manufacturers
- Registrations submitted incorrectly may be canceled.
