Register for SCTCA TECC Summit 2026

You are invited to the third annual Southern California Tribal Chairmen's Association (SCTCA) Tribal Energy & Climate Collaborative (TECC) Summit to be held at the Pala Casino Spa Resort on July 21 and 22, 2026. Using this form, please separately register for each person representing your Tribe/Organization who will be attending.

The deadline to register is July 13, 2026.

For TECC Member Tribes only:

STIPEND INFORMATION: SCTCA/TECC Tribes are eligible to receive a participation stipend for attending the Summit. A $500 stipend is available for attending Day 1 (half day) and a $900 stipend is available for attending Day 2 (full day), for a total of up to $1,400 for full attendance. One stipend payment is available per Tribe and includes compensation for travel time.

 Media Release Consent

Please read the following TECC Media Release Contract and select the option that best represents your preferences:

I understand that the Tribal Energy and Climate Collaborative, hereinafter referred to as “TECC,” is recording video and taking photographs at its events. I hereby grant TECC, including its legal representatives and delegated team members, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, with respect to the photographs and/or video taken of me alone or with others, to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video, and in conjunction with any printed matter, or electronic matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known; and to use my name in conjunction if TECC so chooses.

I hereby release and discharge TECC from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs or video.

I have read the foregoing and fully understand its contents. The release shall be binding upon me and my legal representatives, and assigns. I am of full age (18) and have the right to contract in my own name.
