These sessions provide a general overview of heritage, infill, and zoning topics in the Wortley Village - Old South area, with opportunities to ask questions and receive general information - for example, when a Heritage Alteration Permit (HAP) may be required (May 25), infill projects and additions in established neighbourhoods, or the potential to add an Additional Residential Unit (ARU) to a property (May 28).
