  •  We will customize your photo layout to match the theme of your event. We allow for up to 3 revisions of your layout. After the 3rd revision, a fee of $15/revision can be billed. Traditionally, we have room for 2 lines of text. Please tell us what you’d like the footer of your photos to say below. We can modify the layout if you wish to include graphics, logos, more text, etc. If you have any other input on your photo layout, please tell us what you would like:

DEPOSIT AND REFUND


  • A deposit in the amount agreed upon is required at the time of signing this agreement to secure the event date. The deposit is non-refundable 30 days or less prior to event date. Acceptable forms of payment are: all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Square, or Venmo

  • BALANCE DUE AND REFUND


  • The final payment or balance of funds owed to Snap Shack Knoxville LLC is non-refundable 15 days or less prior to the event date. The final payment is due prior to the event date. Acceptable forms of payment are: all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Square. Photo booth services will not begin until the balance is paid in full. Payment for any overage in time must be paid before additional hours are provided.

  • DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • There is a 7 day cancellation grace period for the non-refundable deposit. After the grace period any request for a date change must be made in writing at least twenty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited. Any cancellation occurring less than twenty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments

  • PHOTO BOOTH OPERATIONS


  • Snap Shack Knoxville LLC agrees to have the photo booth operational for the time period agreed upon; however, in some situations operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance, service and/or photography optimizations. Snap Shack Knoxville LLC agrees to have a qualified technician onsite to maintain and operate the photo booth. Should Snap Shack Knoxville LLC fail to provide a fully operational photo booth during the agreed upon times, the client’s only remedy is a partial refund. Client agrees that Snap Shack Knoxville LLC will not be responsible for consequential damages. If only partial services can be provided due to conditions beyond our reasonable control, then the rental charges shall be on a prorated basis.

     

    PHOTO BOOTH SETUP/BREAKDOWN

    Snap Shack Knoxville LLC will deliver, setup, breakdown, and remove the photo booth from event location. Operation of photo booth times may be adjusted if event location, or client, ends the event prior to the contracted end time and no refund of money will apply. The Client will provide a setup area that is reasonably accessible and has level ground. Snap Shack Knoxville LLC requires access to venue at least 90 minutes before the photo booth start time and 60 minutes after the photo booth end time for setup and breakdown.

     

    IDLE HOURS AND ADDITIONAL HOURS

    Idle hours can be arranged with the client at an additional cost. An example of Idle Hours is when the booth is booked for 4 hours, where the booth is operational from 5pm-6pm and 7pm-10pm. The booth will be Idle/Closed (at the client’s request) from 6pm-7pm. This is usually for meals or speeches. Provider will arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the service start time and depart 30-60 minutes after the service end time. If Provider will be required to arrive or depart outside of these windows, then idle hours will be charged at the rate of $25 per hour. If the Client requests additional rental time that exceeds the service period agreed to in the invoice below, the overage in rental time will be billed at the hourly rate of $75 for per hour. Provider will attempt to accommodate Client requests for additional hours. If accommodations can be made to extend the rental service time, payment for extra rental time must be paid before additional hours are provided.

     

    SPACE & PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS


    Client agrees to provide: (1) A minimum 8’ x 8’ area for our Photo Booth
(2) 120V, 15-20 amps, 3 prong standard electrical outlet within 10-15 feet of our designated area. Snap Shack Knoxville LLC will provide extension cords up to 15 feet. If additional extension cords are needed, the Client will provide those.

    DRESS

    We want to dress appropriately for your event. If you have any requests, please indicate below. Not all requests are practical and some request might incur additional costs (formal tuxedos, specialty costumes). Typical attire includes dark pants/bottoms and dark polo shirt and a name tag with logo and attendant name

    PARKING


    All parking expenses for Snap Shack Knoxville LLC employees are the responsibilities of you, the Client.

    Photo Booth services will not be completed until parking expenses are paid, if they are not paid prior to the event. Parking must be provided within a reasonable distance from the photo booth set up location, or Photo Booth services may not be able to start at the scheduled time and at the Clients expense.

    INCLEMENT WEATHER


    Snap Shack Knoxville LLC reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. If asked to setup outdoors, Snap Shack Knoxville LLC will not setup or operate the Photo Booth if there is any chance of rain, or if it is raining, to any degree. Also, if the wind is over 6 miles per hour, the backdrop and backdrop stand may need to be taken down to avoid tipping over, since safety is paramount in all decisions. Also, if the client requires that we set up outdoors, we will need to be in the shade for the entire event or be covered. That would require a 10' x 10' pop-up tent, or whatever the client has available. Being in direct sunlight can damage the equipment. Snap Shack Knoxville LLC compensation will not be affected if operation is ended due to weather.

    
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION


    Snap Shack Knoxville LLC shall not be liable under any contract for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement and services provided. Excluding any claims or liability regarding or related to transportation to or from Client's Event, Client will indemnify and hold harmless Snap Shack Knoxville LLC, Snap Shack Knoxville LLC employees, and any independent contractors working with Snap Shack Knoxville LLC at time against any and all liability, claimed by third parties, not including Snap Shack Knoxville LLC's employees, agents, or independent contractors, arising from Client's Event from the time of service.

    
DAMAGE

    Any Damage to  Snap Shack Knoxville LLC EQUIPMENT
Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Snap Shack Knoxville LLC equipment caused by: a) any misuse of the equipment by Client or its guests, or b) any theft or disaster by client or guests, or c) loss of power or power surges to the photo booths at any time resulting in loss of pictures or damage of software and/or equipment

    CHILDREN UNDER 12

    Children love our photo booths and we love making everyone happy. In some cases, however, we may decide to enforce our “children under 12” policy in an effort to maintain order in and around the photo booth. The “children under 12” policy states that Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted in the photo booth without an adult present. The adult does not need to be in the photo with the child/children, but they must be supervising. We very rarely have to enforce this policy.

    MODEL RELEASE

The Client and all guests using the photo booth hereby give to Snap Shack Knoxville LLC: The right and permission to copyright and use photographic portraits, or pictures of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose.

  • If YES, you give approval to Snap Shack Knoxville LLC to host event images online, client hereby releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Snap Shack Knoxville LLC from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation, any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof.

  • This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior oral, written and other agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by Snap Shack Knoxville LLC and Client.
