Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that participation in kayaking, canoeing, paddling, and outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Drowning

Slipping or falling

Collision with objects or other participants

Changing water and weather conditions

Equipment failure

Uneven terrain at launch and take-out areas

I understand that these risks may result in serious injury or death.

I certify that:

I am physically capable of participating in this activity

I will follow all instructions given by Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures staff

I will wear a personal flotation device (PFD) at all times while on the water

I will not participate under the influence of drugs or alcohol

I agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

I release and hold harmless Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures LLC, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation.

I understand that:

Conditions may change due to weather or water levels

Trips may be modified or canceled for safety reasons

I grant permission for Buckeye Water to Trail Adventures to use photos or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes unless I notify them otherwise in writing.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
