1. The Egg Harbor Rhtym & Roots Music Market is a non-competitive and respectful environment between all vendors.
2. The vendor who purchases a stall must keep ownership of the stall all season and may be the only person(s) selling from that stall.
3. There will be no fee for 2026. Only one booth per vendor will be allowed unless there are extra booths (limit of two). The Egg Harbor Business Association and its assigned Market Manager has the right to remove vendors that do not comply with the rules. The EHBA will assign booths and retains the right to change spaces up until the market day. Please double check your space number and location on the map and list at the Market Manager’s booth. The EHBA will make every effort to adhere to any special requests but we cannot guarantee them.
4. Vendors may not arrive at Peg Egan prior to noon Vendors should have their stall set up no later than 3:45pm. Vendors not set up by the designated time may forfeit their stall. Vendors may park in the on the street, at Bertschinger Center, or Kress Pavilion. Please note that we also want to make it easy for guests to attend both the market and concert.
5. Vendors are to stop selling around 7pm, not before, to clean and pack up. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up all debris from their area. Vendors should pack up in a timely manner.
6. Please remember to be courteous to the other Farmers Market vendors when you are loading/unloading. Please be respectful.
7. Tents are not required. However, anyone wanting to use a tent must have each leg secured. Shade umbrellas are allowed but must be securely anchored. You will be setup on grass
8. The Market will be a mix of both farm products, handmade items and live music. Produce, handcrafted items and all other products to be sold must be produced by the seller/family members. Preference will be giving to Door County producers first. Absolutely no re-sale, wholesale or store bought products will be allowed. Definition of a farmer: someone selling fresh vegetables, fruits, flowers, cheese, or meat that they grew/produced themselves. Additionally, any prepared food made from the products they produced/grew. Ex.: honey, syrup, jellies, and canned foods.
NOTE: If you are NOT from Door County, the committee will consider your request to join the market and will review on a case by case basis.
9. The EHBA & Market Manager have the right to refuse any vendor. If there are issues, you will receive one written warning before being asked to leave.
10. It is the responsibility of the vendor to apply for and pay for all licenses and fees required by the EHBA, State of Wisconsin and/or the Federal government. If you are selling produce you can not use the word or claim to be Organic unless you are Certified Organic.
11. Vendors are responsible for reporting and collecting any applicable sales tax.
12. The EHBA is not responsible for any loss, theft, damages or emergency situations including weather.
13. Power and water may be made available upon request.
14. Vendors must make every attempt to set up for all 10 markets. Unexcused absences may result in loss or reassignment of your seasonal spot with no refund. Some exceptions of seasonal farm products i.e. strawberries or sweet corn may apply. Please contact us. We feel this is extremely important in order to grow the market/event.
15. Live animals must be approved ahead of time. All dogs must be leashed, under control of owner and up to date on all shots.
16. No smoking on grounds during shows.
17. Order of application acceptance is on a first come, first served basis.
18. Market & Concert are weather dependent.
