Dear Artisan,
The Egg Harbor Business Association invites you to apply for Pumpkin Patch 2026.
Pumpkin Patch showcases local artisans, craft vendors, and artisan food vendors offering original, high-quality work. All items sold must be handmade, originally designed, or locally produced by the vendor. Items displayed at the event must match the quality and type of work shown in your application photos.
Eligibility
Pumpkin Patch is open to vendors offering:
Original artwork
Handcrafted goods
Originally designed items
Locally made specialty food products
Not allowed: imports, mass-produced items, buy/resale products, or multi-level marketing items.
The Pumpkin Patch Committee reserves the right to reject incomplete applications, limit specific categories, and decline work that does not fit the event.
Application Photos
Applicants must submit five photos:
One photo of your booth display
One photo of you creating, designing, or preparing your product
Three photos of the items you plan to sell
Photos must include your name and a short description of the items. Additional photos may be submitted.
Booths
Vendors will receive a 10’ x 10’ booth space. Booth locations will be assigned by the Pumpkin Patch Committee at Nicolet Bank and possibly Orchard Street. Location requests may be made but are not guaranteed.
Booth spaces are non-transferable. Vendors are responsible for their own display equipment, tables, chairs, merchandise, booth area, and liability insurance. EHBA is not responsible for damage or theft.
Setup & Event Hours
Setup may begin no earlier than 5:30 PM on Friday, October 10. Please do not arrive early, as the bank will still be open.
Event Hours:
Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM
Vendors may not close or tear down before the event ends. Early teardown may result in exclusion from future shows.
Vendors must bring enough merchandise for the full event and clean up all trash from their booth area. Parking spaces and public access areas may not be blocked. Vendors must park in the Church Street parking lot.
Merchandise
Only approved items may be sold. Items not approved or deemed inappropriate must be removed from display. Vendors with a majority of unapproved items may be asked to leave the event.
Electricity
Electricity is available by request and must be marked on the application. This helps with booth assignments, as not all spaces have safe electrical access.
Generators are not allowed.
Deadline
Applications will be accepted until September 26, 2026. Screening will take place in September.
Cancellation Policy
Fees must be submitted with the application. Fees are non-refundable after acceptance unless the space can be reassigned. If reassigned, a 20% cancellation fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued after October 5, 2026.
Exclusivity
EHBA cannot guarantee exclusivity or limit the number of vendors selling similar products. Booth assignments are based on event layout, electricity needs, and committee discretion. Priority may be given to vendors with a history at the event.
Notification
Vendors will be notified of their booth location by October 2, 2026. Applicants who are not accepted will have their booth fee, transient merchant license fee, and photos returned.
