Thank you for helping us steward Wheaton College's instructional spaces. This form is the primary way to bring classroom-related needs and improvement requests to the Instructional Space Committee. Examples of requests include, but are not limited to, changes to furniture, room capacity, default layout, lighting, or technology. All submissions are reviewed by the committee, which meets several times each year to evaluate requests and prioritize updates.
When this form is submitted, three emails will be sent. The first will be to the submitter for your records. The second will be to the Dean or Chair who approved the request. The third will be to the Instructional Space Committee.
- For support requests related to broken furniture or room damage, please submit a Service Request (with pictures of the issue) via the Facilities Service Request Portal found in the Productivity Tools widget in the Gateway.
