We're barely a year old. Growth has been good, but before we turn the dial up, we need better systems. That's where you come in.
We're hiring our first Head of AI & Technology. This is a builder's seat. You'll take the chaos of a fast-moving firm and turn it into systems, workflows, and AI-powered processes that let us serve ten times as many doctors without ten times as many people.
You'll report directly to the founder and have real authority over the tech stack (Salesforce vs. alternatives), the automation roadmap, and how we bake AI into bookkeeping, review, client onboarding, and internal ops. If you've ever wanted to walk into a growing business and architect the operating system, this is that seat.
You will be given a lot of trust, but have the expectation to rock our world.

You'll Thrive Here If You…
- Have 5+ years building, implementing, or running business systems — ops, RevOps, solutions architect, implementation consultant, whatever the title was
- Learn new software fast and deeply — not just how to use it, but how the pieces fit together
- Have actually shipped automated workflows (Zapier, Make, n8n, native platform automation, or real code)
- Use modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agents, LLM APIs) to do real work, not just mess around
- See a manual process and instinctively ask where the leverage point is
- Write and document well — this is remote; your work has to stand on its own
- Don't need a roadmap handed to you. You build the roadmap
- Take ownership. If something breaks, you fix it. You don't wait to be asked
- Bonus if you've worked in accounting, tax, or professional services — but we'll teach you the domain
- Bonus if you've done hands-on CRM implementation (Salesforce admin/dev level)
- Bonus if you can code enough to be dangerous (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
The Work
- Pick our core tech stack (CRM, workflow, doc management, AI tooling) and lead the implementation
- Design and build automated workflows for bookkeeping, onboarding, review, and internal handoffs
- Find the places AI can genuinely replace or augment manual work — then build, test, and deploy
- Build QC systems so AI-assisted work hits the accuracy bar our physician clients expect
- Learn our service lines (Foundation, Strategy, Partnership) deep enough to automate them intelligently
- Partner with the founder on strategy; translate priorities into systems and process wins
- Over time, build a small team to extend what you've architected
- Take over the world
- Work 40 hours/week, mostly overlapping Pacific and Mountain time.

Why This Seat Is Different

This is the opposite. We're small enough that you'll see the impact of your work in weeks, not quarters. You'll own the entire systems architecture of a growing firm during the exact moment AI is changing what a professional services business can be. Do this well, and the stuff you build in year one is still running the business in year five.
