  • Submission Deadline & Policy Agreement

    You have 10 business days (Tuesday through Friday only) to complete and submit this form. If the form is not completed within this timeframe, it will expire, and you will be required to pay project abandonment fees for all items associated with this order, as stated in both the policy listed on the website and the contract you signed .Please Note: No Extensions: The 10-business-day deadline is final and non-negotiable. New Forms: A new design form will not be issued until the invoice and any applicable fees have been paid in full. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

To ensure clarity and minimize revisions, please provide all product details in an easy-to-follow chart, Word document, or PDF that clearly identifies each product along with its associated information. This document should include: Product Name: Each product should be clearly labeled.Photos: Ensure images are named or labeled to match the product they belong to.Price: List the price for each product, including any discounts or promotions.Description: Provide a detailed description for each item.Variants: Clearly list any product options such as sizes, colors, or styles.Having a well-organized file makes the product upload process smoother and helps prevent unnecessary back and forth.
