WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By submitting this form I confirm that:

(1) I have read and agree to the Wajus Ltd Participant Waiver and Release of Liability in full;

(2) I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Wajus Ltd battery-powered animal ride attractions;

(3) I release Wajus Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims arising out of participation, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales;

(4) I confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete;

(5) I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this form and have full legal authority to sign this waiver on their behalf;

(6) I am aged 18 or over.

Nothing in this waiver excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
