This is the registration form for He Kaakaa Kura Ki Uta, He Kaakaa Kura Ki Tai, the kaikoorero and kaikaranga waananga series that is being held at Tauranga Ika Marae commencing 8-10 May 2026.

As there are limited spaces, all registrations will be reviewed by the team with applicants informed of the outcome in due course. Those who receive confirmation of their registration will be required to pay the deposit within 3-days. Failure to do so will result in your spot being released and given to someone else.

By registering for this waananga series, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- I am participating in this waananga of my own free will and understand the commitment required to attend all four waananga.
- I understand that a $100 bond is required to secure my place, and that this will only be refunded upon 100% completion of the waananga series.
- I understand that if I do not attend all waananga, or withdraw partway through the series, the bond may not be refunded.
- I agree to uphold the tikanga, kawa, and expectations of the marae hosting this waananga at all times.
- I acknowledge that this is a marae-based kaupapa and I will conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner.
- I give consent for Te Kaahui o Rauru to take photos and video recordings during the waananga, which may be used for promotional, educational, and reporting purposes.
- I understand that if I bring tamariki or any additional whaanau members, they remain under my care and supervision at all times, and I am responsible for their wellbeing and behaviour.
- I understand that spaces are limited and my place in this waananga is confirmed only once my registration and bond payment have been received.
- I commit to engaging fully in the learning environment and contributing positively to the waananga.
