GOLFER INFORMATION

Individual Golfer: $175/person

Foursome: $700/group

Includes 18 holes of golf w/cart, golfer's gift, light breakfast, lunch & dinner

Dinner Only: $50/person

Includes buffet dinner after the tournament has concluded and access to raffles and silent auction.

PAYMENT: Online payments are accepted. Checks are made payable to Warwick Police Athletic League.

Foursomes and individual golfers may register online.
