The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are final. Payment(s) in the form of Check, Money Order, Credit Card/ACH payment or Cash must be made to Trinity Valley Exposition (TVE). Payments not received within 45 days from the date of the invoice, may incur a monthly 2% late payment fee. Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The Auctioneer's decision is final. Purchase of Livestock is "as is". Buyer assumes responsibility for their purchase when auctioneer says "Sold", unless arrangements have been made with the Sale Office. Buyer agrees, upon registration and receipt of bid number, to the terms and conditions of this sale.
