Glitter And Grit

Join us for Glitter and Grit, a dynamic afternoon of conversation, creativity, and self-expression. This event features a panel with local legends Opal Am Rah and King Vyper, led by The Alliance's Youth Program Lead and artist Agua Dulce, exploring drag as performance, community building, and resistance.

After the panel, participants will dive into a hands-on art activity where they’ll design their own drag-sonas — imagining and creating a drag persona that reflects who they are, who they want to be, or something entirely new.

This event is open to high school-aged LGBTQ+ youth and allies.
Lunch and snacks will be provided!
