Trilogy Gymnastics – Free Play Terms & ConditionsBy attending Free Play sessions, participants agree to the following terms:1. Supervision & ResponsibilityAll children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.Trilogy Gymnastics staff are present to oversee safety but do not provide structured coaching during Free Play.Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s behaviour and safety.2. EligibilityFree Play is open to registered members and casual attendees (where applicable).Member benefits (e.g. one free session per week) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.3. Bookings & CapacityBookings are required to secure a spot.Spaces are limited and sessions may fill quickly.Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry.4. Cancellations & No-ShowsPlease notify us if you cannot attend.Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.5. Safety RulesAll participants must follow gym rules and staff instructions at all times.No rough play, climbing on unsafe areas, or misuse of equipment.Suitable clothing must be worn (no zips, buckles, or jewellery).6. Injury & LiabilityParticipation is at your own risk.Trilogy Gymnastics is not liable for injuries sustained during Free Play, except where required by law.Any injuries must be reported to staff immediately.7. Facility CarePlease respect equipment and facilities.Any intentional damage may incur repair or replacement costs.8. Photography & MediaPhotos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.9. Changes & CancellationsTrilogy Gymnastics reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions at any time.
