• Lecture Overview & Participation Agreement

  • You are enrolling in a foundational lecture designed to introduce our approach to optimal health through a Traditional Eastern Medicine perspective, supported by modern science, principles of anatomy, biology, physiology, and chemistry. We believe knowing this knowledge is extremely crucial in your recovery, and staying healthy for years to come.
  • The $325 Lecture Fee

  • The $325 lecture fee covers two scheduled services:
    • Attendance at the group lecture (3+ hours)
    • One private 1:1 session (45 minutes)
The fee applies specifically to these two sessions. Once the group lecture has been attended and the private 1:1 session has been completed, all services associated with this fee are considered fulfilled.
  • Participation & Purpose

  • Participation in these sessions does not automatically place you into our ongoing care program. The lecture and consultation serve as an introductory phase and education before any continuation of care is considered, and an initial private assessment. The purpose of these sessions is for you to:
    1. Gain a clear understanding of our philosophy, framework, and expectations
    2. Begin implementing the recommendations discussed
    3. Observe over time whether consistent and proper implementation results in visible or measurable changes
We encourage families to take what is learned during the lecture and 1:1 session, apply it with consistency, and thoughtfully assess whether the changes align with your goals and values.
  • Commitment & Expectations

  • Healing requires participation, consistency, transparency, and accountability.
  • Progress is often gradual and dependent on how closely recommendations are followed
within your daily lifestyle. All who are involved in childcare, including extended families,
babysitters, etc should be ready to participate and make the change.
  • This initial period allows you to evaluate your and everyone's readiness for this level of
commitment, while observing how the body responds.
  • This step ensures that any decision to continue into structured care is intentional,
informed, and based on real-world implementation — not assumption.
  • Pre-Lecture Requirements (Mandatory)

  • In order to attend the group lecture and proceed with your private 1:1 session, the
following must be completed in advance:
  • 1. Food & Beverage Photo Documentation (5 Days)

    • A minimum of 5 consecutive days of photo documentation is required
    • This includes all food and beverages (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner) consumed:
      • By all patients and parties involved (Parents, caretakers, children)
      • For example: If the child is the patient, we need the pictures of the child's food and parents' food, in their own designated subfolders.
  • 2. Folder Creation & Uploads

    • All photos must be organized and uploaded into the designated folders as instructed
    • Folders must be properly created and labeled according to our guidelines
  • Submission Deadline

  • All required documentation (5 full days of photos and completed folders) must be
uploaded no less than 3 days prior to your scheduled lecture date, so that we have
sufficient time to review all attendees' folders in advance of the lecture.
  • Failure to Comply

  • Failure to meet the above requirements within the specified timeline will result in:
    • Automatic cancellation of your booking without notice
This lecture is a required prerequisite to attending your private 1:1 session. If the group lecture is missed, your private 1:1 appointment will be canceled.
  • No exceptions can be made.
  • Important Attendance Participation Terms

  • By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Patient Acceptance

  • Completion of the lecture and 1:1 consultation does not guarantee acceptance into our ongoing care program. In some cases, the complexity, severity, or nature of a condition may fall outside our clinical scope or capacity. If this occurs, we will respectfully recommend continuing care with your general practitioner or another appropriate medical specialist.
  • Expectations & Outcomes

  • We do not guarantee specific results or full recovery, due to the unique nature of all cases.Healing is not linear, and timelines vary due to multiple factors including lifestyle, dietary consistency, stress levels, environment, social dilemmas, and individual constitution/epigenetics.Our role is to guide, assess, and support to the best of our clinical experience and ability.
  • Program Enrollment Prerequisite

  • If, after the lecture and 1:1 consultation, you wish to move forward with our care model, we will first require:
    • A minimum of 4 weeks of moisture-heat cooking
    • Daily food photo uploads to your designated Google Drive folder
    • Weekly skin photo uploads to help us assess progress
    • Reach out to us via email to let us know when the above is complete
  • These steps allow us to evaluate patterns, triggers, and response before formally onboarding into our structured program.
  • Program Structure & Philosophy

  • Our structured care program is offered on a monthly cost, depending on the severity, areas affected, and age.
  • We do not sell topicals individually.
  • Topicals are one supportive component of a three-part program that includes:
    • Practicing moisture-heat cooking
    • Taking personalized herbal formulas as directed
    • Using designated topicals to support the skin externally
  • Our focus is long-term, root-level healing. External care without internal balance does not align with our philosophy.
  • Inventory & Availability

  • Our topicals and/or herbs are produced in small batches using carefully selected, naturally derived ingredients.
  • Due to agricultural variables and sourcing conditions:
    • Occasional shortages may occur
    • Pricing may be adjusted if raw material costs increase
    • New patient onboarding into our structured program may pause when inventory is limited
  • Communication & Support

  • Ongoing communication during the monthly program is subscription-based and valid for
6 weeks from the date of package delivery.
If support is needed outside of the active program window, appointments may be booked
    at $100 per 30 minutes.
  • Continuation of Care

  • If there is no program continuation for more than two months, care will be considered
inactive and a release of responsibility may be issued.
Future consultations will follow our current fee schedule and onboarding process at that
    time.
  • Professional Conduct & Alignment

  • We reserve the right to discontinue services if participation is not aligned with our care
    model, expectations, or clinical standards.
This ensures fairness and quality of care for all families we serve.
  • Intellectual Property

  • All lecture materials, written resources, protocols, and program content are protected by
copyright and are intended for personal use only.
Redistribution or reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
  • Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy: Once a lecture is booked, any cancellation request will be refunded at 50% of the booking fee.
