    Location:  Town Center Atrium Gallery EDH

    Artwork Types:  2D Artwork suitable for hanging

    Theme/Focus:  "Hot August Days" - Exhibition of two-dimensional art in Summer Themes such as landscapes, florals, photography, animals, still lives, abstracts and more. Show will be cut to a final exhibiiton of approximately 20 pieces based on format and size.

    Drop Off/Installation Date/Time:  Monday, July 20th, 10:00AM

    Art Pickup Date/Time:  Monday, September 21, 9:00AM

    Show Opening Reception at Atrium Gallery EDH:  Saturday, July 25, 2026 5:00-7:30pm.  Artists are highly encouraged to attend.

  • All Submittals must include the completed artist profile with artist statement and contact information (email or website) for the QR code linked to the gallery page. This is how costumers who wish buy a work of art contact the artist.  If you have previously submitted your artist profile, it is not necessary to submit it again.

  • You may submit between 3 to 4 works of art such as paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media, etc.  No larger than 36"x36" and no smaller than 16"x20."  Weight of the hanging artwork must not exceed 14lbs.  Artwork must be ready to hang with hanging wire, no sawtooth hangers.  All artists must present their work in simple black frames, or gallery wrapped canvas.

    A panel of impartial jurors will select the artwork in an evaluation process based on adherence to criteria, merit, execution of theme, and other attributes that would complement the show.  Original artwork and giclee prints will be accepted.  Once artwork has been approved for the show, applicants will be notified if their work is accepted, together with instructions for delivery and installation of their artwork.

    All Sales to be handled by the artist as per submittal contract with 20% commission.  Please notify the Gallery Curator of any art sales to receive instructions and commission procedures.  All art to remain on display until the end of the exhibition.

  • Sales & Commission

    Sales Process: All sales of artwork will be handled directly by the Artist through the Artist's website, QR code, Venmo, or other means of direct client interaction.  The Gallery will not handle payment transactions or manage the sales of artwork.  All artwork must remain on display in the gallery through the end of the show.

    Gallery Commission:  The Artist agrees to contribute 20% commission on the sale price of any artwork sold during the exhibition.  A 10% commission will be paid directly to the Gallery to support its nonprofit partners and future events, and a 10% commission will be paid directly to EDHAA to support gallery event costs. 

    Promotion & Marketing  

    The Gallery will promote the exhibition through various channels, including but not limited to social media, printed materials, and press releases. The Artist agrees to provide promotional images and assist in promoting the exhibition through their own social media & networks.

    Art Pickup & Return

    Artwork must be picked up by the Artist on the scheduled pickup day and time.  Special arrangements can be made for paintings sold during the exhibition if necessary.  If you are unable to pick up your artwork on the required date & time, you must designate someone to pick up your artwork for you, and notify exhibit coordinators.

    Any artwork left in the gallery beyond the agreed pickup date will be stored at the Artist's expense.  The Gallery is not responsible for any damage to or loss of artwork after the exhibition concludes.

    Liability & Insurance

    The Gallery will take reasonable care to assure the safety of the artwork while displayed at the Atrium Gallery EDH.  However, the Gallery and EDHAA are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur to the artwork while in the Gallery's possession during the installation or de-installation of their artwork or while on display.  Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance for their artwork while on display.

    Agreement to Terms

    By signing below, the Artist acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  Any changes or additional terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
