This form is intended for clients requesting a quote for a future tattoo or for times when my booking calendar is full.

This form is not a commitment to scheduling an appointment. This form will allow me to collect all the details of your tattoo request, provide you an accurate quote, and match our availabilities.

Quotes are valid for 1 month. Pricing may be adjusted based on any design changes, size updates, or current availability.

 

Submission Requirements:

• Please upload inspiration/reference photos for your tattoo design.
• If you are wanting a portrait, outline/silhouette of a person/pet etc., you must include the photos of them to create the design.
• In "Design Description", include what you like from each reference photo that you would like in your tattoo
  • Ex.) Reference 1 - I like the shading of this image, Reference 2 - I would like that part of the design in my tattoo, etc.
• You must include a size for your tattoo. If you are unsure, you can measure using everyday items. For example, a standard credit card is about 3 inches wide. You can also mark in the placement image, how high/low you are you wanting the placement.
• Submissions that do not have the information needed for your design will not receive a response. You can resubmit a form if you forgot to include something.

AFTER-HOURS & SQUEEZE IN REQUESTS:

• After-hours & squeeze-in requests are subject to availability.
• If accepted, a $50 fee applies for micro & small tattoos and $100 for medium & large tattoos.
• This fee is added to your total.

 

MY MINIMUM STARTS AT $75. Pricing for each tattoo is dependent on the details, size, and placement of the tattoo. Starting prices based on size is located on my website.

• To make the booking process smooth, please be as thorough as possible on what you are wanting. Multiple tattoos are welcomed in bullet format.
• I specialize in fine-line tattoos including, soft/delicate line work, minimal shading, florals, and handwriting tattoos. Other styles are welcome for review.
• All work is done in black/grey-wash. Red ink tattoos are done on case-by-case basis and require a patch test. (Please review website for more information on red ink).

 

What's next after I submit?

Once I respond to your request, you are able to book your appointment on my website.

• After-hours & squeeze-in requests are subject to availability. If accepted, a $50 fee applies for tattoos under 3 inches and $100 for larger designs. This fee is added to your total.

After booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and to begin creating your design. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

• You are able to reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit must be made to book a new appointment.
