注意事項 / Points to Take Note of
１）名前、会員番号の入力間違いにご注意ください。
Please ensure that names and membership numbers are entered correctly.
２）同一人物の複数チーム登録は不可です。
Multiple registrations by the same person in different teams are not allowed.
３）各チームには、審判表に従って担当試合の審判をお願いします。ホームランゾーン1名の選出をお願いします。
Each team is required to provide umpires according to the official umpire schedule.
In addition, please assign one person to the Home Run Zone.
４）参加費は代表者もしくは、請求指定先の日本人会会員番号に請求させていただきます。
The participation fee will be charged to the representative member’s or designated JAS membership number.
５）会員番号未取得者は非会員となります。
Those who have not yet obtained a membership number will be considered non-members.
６）当日雨天等による中止、棄権、出場辞退、放棄などいかなる理由があっても締切後の参加費の返金はお受けできません。ご了承ください。
Please note that no refund will be made after the application deadline, regardless of the reason (including cancellation due to rain, team withdrawal, or absence on the day).
７）参加費には傷害保険が含まれています。
The participation fee includes accident insurance coverage.
８）1チーム18名まで選手登録ができます。
Each team may register up to 18 players.
９）申込締切日までは、申込システムからEditボタンを利用して参加者の変更や追加が可能です。 Until the registration deadline, you may modify or add participants using the “Edit” button in the registration system.
