    being a member of The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (“the Society”) hereby appoint the Chairperson of the meeting, Er. Chan Ewe Jin, President of the Society, as my proxy to attend and speak on my behalf, at the Annual General Meeting of the Society, to be held at 1pm on Saturday, 23rd May 2026 at IES Auditorium, 70 Bukit Tinggi Road, Singapore 289758.

  • Important Notes:

    • The Society shall be entitled to reject the e-proxy form if it is incomplete, improperly completed or illegible or where the true intentions of the appointer are not ascertainable from the instructions of the appointer specified in the e-proxy form.
    • The completed e-proxy form must be submitted not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the Annual General Meeting.
    • The e-proxy form must be under the hand of the appointer or of his attorney duly authorized in writing. Where the e-proxy form is executed by a corporation, it must be executed either under its seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorized.
