Accreditation form for the Brussels Stephex Masters 2026

  • Press and Content Creators Accreditation Request

    We are pleased to welcome a wide range of journalists, photographers and content creators to the 2026 edition of Brussels Stephex Masters. In order to provide high-quality facilities and support for all accredited professionals, we kindly ask you to complete this accreditation request form carefully and in full.

  • Content creators and commercial photographers

    Content creators attending for commercial purposes — including those producing content for riders or stables — will not receive free access to press facilities. A fee of €300 (excluding VAT) per person will be required.

  • Included in the €300 fee

    • Full access to the media centre
    • Workstations with internet
    • Lockers
    • Air conditioning/heating
    • Support from our press team
    • Coffee, tea, water and one (1) lunch per day (Wednesday to Sunday) in the crew restaurant

  • How it works

    • Each application will be reviewed on its own merit. Additional documentation may be requested.
    • Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice. The fee must be paid prior to arrival on site.
    • Accreditation does not automatically grant access to all designated photography zones (e.g. the photography pockets inside the arena). Allocation will be reviewed and communicated in due course.
    • Practical details regarding accreditations will be shared at a later stage.

    Please complete the form fully and accurately. Clearly indicate whether you are applying as press, for commercial purposes, or as a hobby photographer/content creator. Please also specify which media outlets, companies or organisations you represent, as well as the nature of your assignment. We can only assess your accreditation request properly if this information is provided. If insufficient information is submitted, you will be asked to resubmit your request.
