Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any order due to misapplied discounts or other error. In such an event, we will contact the purchaser for approval of an adjusted order form and will provide a new invoice prior to shipment
Lesson Plans & Resources
Lessons Plans are sent to email address provided on your Order Form.
Delivery notice
Book walk sets are normally delivered to an Ontario address within ten business days. Other addresses in Canada may take longer. We are not responsible for any delay due to courier delivery.
Alterations to "bookwalk' Signs
Alterations to 'book walk" signs in any way by removing or adding content therein inducing but not limited to: defacing or obscuring content (text, illustrations, trademarks, brand names, logos, copyright and legal notices); or using a device such as a knife or scissors to remove pieces or sections of a sign is strictly prohibited. With the exception of acts of vandalism or normal "wear and tear" the purchaser will take reasonable care to maintain the integrity of all printed signs.
Damage in transit
We will make every effort to ensure orders arrive on time and in good condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect shipments within 24 hours of delivery for any damage and to notify us immediately.
