Community Impact Opportunities
For Charity Day Only:. Review the available opportunities below and click the one you would like to sign up for. Teams will be created. Please save and plan to attend Volunteer Training on August 23, 2026 10:00am-12:00pm.

Host/Hostess: Help navigate the event. Keeping the audience engaged, introduce guest speakers, vendors, and distribute door prizes, giveaways, and announce winners. Must be people friendly, engaging, energetic, think outside the box, adapt to change, able to multi-task, sense of humor, and communicate well. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time, in one area. Must be approved by Boots on the Ground team (2 ppl).
Liability Statement: I release Diamond Excursions Ladies' Edition, it's programs, affiliates, partners, staff, volunteers, interns, and sponsors; from any and all incidents, accident, injuries, damages, loss or stolen personal property, including death. In the event of an accident or incident, I agree not to sue, hold liable, harm, bash, perform malicious mischief/intent, slander, defamation of character, provoke, picket, or stalk any of the partied listed above.
Photo & Media Release Statement:

I hereby give permission and release to Diamond Excirsions Ladies' Edition, it's programs, affiliated, partners, staff, interns, volunteers, and sponsors; any and all photos taken before, duringzc snd after an event. I understand that my photos maybe used but, not limited to, promotional material, purposes, content creation, media coverage, training, workshops, and speaking engagements. I understand and release any content that I am included in.
