  • Welcome to the New England 4-H Rabbit Activity entry form. Please review the information below carefully before submitting your entry.

    The show is open to regularly enrolled 4-H Rabbit project members from New England. Minimum age is 12 as of January 1st of the current year. Maximum age are those that have not turned 19 years of age on or before January 1 of the current year and who have completed at least one year of 4-H club work.

    Completion of this online entry form is by invitation only. Exhibitors must first apply and be approved through their state 4‑H office before submitting an online entry.

  • Acknowledgment of Terms

  • The Eastern States Exposition, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and/or other officials (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Exposition”), and each owner and/or exhibitor, and each of their respective employees, agents, representatives and/or other associates and/or other respective parents or guardians, and each of their respective employees, agents, representatives and/or other associates (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Participants”), hereby agree with the responsibilities and acknowledge liability as follows:

    At no time shall the Exposition assume care, custody and/or any animals, livestock and/or other property of any Participant. At all times the Participants shall have full control, custody and care for, feed and keep safe their animals, livestock and/or other property at all times.

    The Participants will comply with all rules and regulations of the Exposition and the show management and/or the management thereof.

    The Participants forgive, release, waive and forever discharge the Exposition, any other person or entity, and/or any other exhibitor and/or Participant, for any and all loss, damage, injury or death to any animal, livestock or property from any cause whatsoever.

    Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Exposition from and against any and all damages, losses, costs, expenses and/or other liabilities incurred including, but not limited to, any and all consultant fees, legal fees and/or court costs, exposure and/or damage to property and other losses arising out of or in connection with participation in the event and/or presence on Exposition property.

    Participants shall be responsible for all loss and/or damage to any other Exhibitor’s livestock, and/or property caused by the Participant or their livestock.

    Participants further agree to comply with all rules, regulations and restrictions related to biosecurity, infectious disease control and/or medication and/or prohibited substances in connection with livestock participation.

    Participants voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks and responsibilities that they incur as a result of their participation in the event.
